Not a typical occurrence. After weeks of frenetic activity I've been washed up for the (hopefully) short term, let's not get into details.
We're finally going to London this weekend after literally years of not getting our act together. I lived in central London for all my childhood and youth and for a while it still felt like home. Now it's a foreign place to both me and my Portuguese man. Any ideas on interesting and inexpensive things to do over 48 hours would be much appreciated.

If you get London cards, and visit as many as possible of the places in the book that comes with them, you can have a great time, see lots of good things and save money.
Be careful if your Portuguese man looks like a Brazilian though...
